Please donate!

Please consider making a donation. Liss Archaeology is a community archaeology group open to anyone aged over 18 and attracts members from across Hampshire and all over the UK because of the opportunity to receive training and take part in archaeology under professional supervision.  We are 'not for profit' and apart from our membership subscriptions our funding depends entirely on small grants and donations.

In the current economic climate most grants have understandably been diverted to COVID-related issues, which means we struggle to raise funds to replace more expensive equipment such as tentage and geophysics equipment. We are currently trying, for example, to save to purchase a magnetometer to replace the aged one we borrow from Historic England (seen in the photo below) but such a machine to scan under the ground costs about £10-12,000.

We would be really grateful for any donations, however large or small and whether from individuals or companies.  We would also be happy to promote companies that sponsor us, both through our websites and banners at our dig sites.  To make a donation please click one of the the buttons below. If you have any questions or are interested in sponsoring us, please email via the link at the foot of this page.
